Graham Binns is based in Scholes, Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire, Graham enjoys travelling the countryside to capture stunning images.
Graham is a multi award winning photographer with a true passion for landscapes. He loves to be among the elements waiting for that perfect photo. The light, the clouds and the forever changing weather. This is where Graham is most at home and this is reflected in the imagery that he captures. Graham loves location scouting around the country to plan and then return when the conditions see fit for photographic purposes.
Graham shoots mainly film now, 135mm and 120 medium format with cameras nearly 100 years old. Graham will rarely leave the house without some form of camera on him whether that be his full photographic kit or an a recent analogue camera purchase with a new roll of film to test.
For the past two years Graham has been among the few selected for the prestigious Yorkshire Photographic Union annual exhibition out of thousands of entrants, this year he had a total 3 images selected to be among the final 200 strong exhibition.
2018 also saw him selected for the photographic alliance of Great Britain with one of his images taken from his recent Scotland trip. He has also won photographer / image of the year at photographic club level for the past three years.
